Client: FMCG with 90 000 + Employees worldwide spread across 80 locations

Duration: 6 months

Mandate: Benchmark service scope, SLAs, provisions, pricing for a 5 years Global Payroll deal , EUR 3.2 Mio yearly spend, covering 2 regions and 20 000 employees

Outcome:

  • identified a 16% gap price versus benchmark, negotiated a 14 % price discount versus current (around EUR 0.5 Mio yearly savings)

  • Decreased by 20 % they man / day rate for Change requests

  • Increased SLA minima to benchmark + penatly %

  • optimized key provisions such as termination penalties, vendor liability clauses…
